·     Hire and manage outsourced architects, construction managers, general and sub-contractors, and assemble support teams for the planning and development of projects.

·     Support leasing process by advising on location-finding with respect to base building conditions, layouts, dimensions, and engineering requirements.

·     Develop project specific bottoms-up budget and timeline for client or executive approval.

·     Develop standard preventative maintenance schedules and annual maintenance and repair budgets.

·     Review architectural plans, shop drawings, lighting proposals, and other documentation related to design development and construction processes.

·     Manage licenses and documents necessary for project contractors and their agents.

·     Collaborate with Architecture & Design to support space planning and construction document development; and with procurement for value engineering.

·     Resolve contract disputes and conduct labor union mediation sessions.

·     Work proficiently with multiple technology programs and systems for cost estimating, scheduling, design, CAD, Quatro Pro, MS Power Point presentations, MS Word, Spreadsheets, Video live stream meetings, Blackboard, Westlaw and Lexis Nexis Research Platforms.

·     Contract mediation or arbitration utilizing legal skills and knowledge for successful client projects.
